-Smile at strangers. Wave at people on the road next to you.
-Blow bubbles in your drink. It makes you happy.
-Always make a point to be reading a book for fun…even if you think you don’t have time.
-Decorate with Christmas lights, even in July.
-Have a favorite shirt…wear it weekly.
-Dance around spontaneously when you’re really really happy.
-Jump on beds! (Be careful not to hurtle into the wall, though…)
-Wear crazy underwear!
-Keep in touch with people. If you’ve failed…pick it up again.
-Color. With crayons.
-Try a new food at least once a week.
-Eat chocolate.
-Change your handwriting deliberately.
-Take a day off to run around town taking random pictures.
-Throw yourself a picnic in the park once in a while.
-Always look at the stars if you have the chance…
-Go puddle jumping!!!
-Spontaneously call your siblings to tell them you love them.
-Sidewalk chalk your company parking space up. Or make your OWN parking space with sidewalk chalk!
-Laugh really loud and obnoxiously…some people find that kind of laughter contagious! *wink*
-Break the rules sometimes.
-Try mixed drinks…*smile*
-Learn a new way to exercise…dancing, yoga, pick up jump-roping…
-Have that “dream” vacation that you’re working towards.
-Share your favorite restaurant with someone
-Visit the library. Smell the books. Choose a book based solely by its title and read it.
-Spend at least an hour in a meaningful conversation with someone once a week.
-Lip sync to old classics…(i.e. “All By Myself”, “YMCA”, any Elvis song)
-Surround yourself with reminders of good times. So when you think there will never be anymore…you’ve already proved yourself wrong.
-Wear a cape
-Bake cookies. Eat half the dough in the process.
-Snuggle with your hubby and watch a scary flick
-Take five bucks and go spend it on something frivolous.
-Write a story about your most humiliating moment. Mail it to your best friend.
-Dance around while brushing your teeth.
-Go skip stones at the river
-Pull the “do not pull off” tags off of something.
-Look at old pictures.
-Make a point to be awestruck by everyday things…
