I’m going on vacation.  We are, I supposed I should say.  I will be on family vacation until late the evening of the 13th.  Since we’ll be out on the river, there is nil chance of internet access.  So imagine me out on a boat, soaking up sun, or sitting around a campfire.  Or possibly playing board games.  Or jetskiing.  Or reading.  Or knitting.  And this is the lucky group of books that I may or may not be reading on vacation:

“Franny and Zooey” by J.D. Salinger

“Gentlemen of the Road” by Michael Chabon

“Tears of the Giraffe” by Alexander McCall Smith

“James Monroe” by Gary Hart

“The Jane Austen Book Club” by Karen Joy Fowler

and any of the books listed on the sidebar over there.  🙂  See you in a while, folks.
